Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our fresh, handcrafted bakery items (like Maamoul, Baklava, Kunafa), we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, or not as expected), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Perishable Items

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us at support@s4-factory.ca for exchange instructions.

Gift Purchases

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit.

Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
